One of KTF’s latest creations for a well-known Italian customer in the home care sector is a monobloc with filler and double capper (for under-cap and cap), able to meter two different products simultaneously thanks to a special distribution manifold. The quantity metered is regulated by magnetic flow meters, a technology implemented on the specific request of the customer. Operating at a rate of 8,000 b/h based on a 1 litre format, the system will enter into production in April. As with all KTF machines, this monobloc has been constructed using top quality materials, rigorously selected thanks to KTF’s consolidated experience in packing highly corrosive products.
