KTF has signed an agreement with a well-known Central American lubricant manufacturer to supply a stand-alone capper. The machine works principally on large 4/5 litre formats, where precise, reliable, constant cap tightening torque is required.
KTF responded with its magnetic hysteresis system featuring adjustment of cap tightening torque according to the cap concerned.
High performance is also guaranteed by the repeatability of closing, thanks to regulation of tightening torque on a graduated scale directly on the capping head. The special positive grip makes it possible to operate on the external diameter of the cap, allowing many different caps to be processed with a minimum number of spare components and no maintenance.
